• How does Enterprise pricing work?

  We scope seats, retention, and support to your program — SSO, org workspaces, and SLAs included. Share team size and goals in the form and we’ll send a proposal.

• How fast do you reply?

  Most messages get a first reply within one business day. Enterprise inquiries are prioritized on weekdays (CET).

• Can we stay air-gapped on desktop?

  Yes. Community and Enterprise desktop runs stay offline-first. Cloud dashboard sync is optional and only for plans that include it.

• Do you offer trials or pilots?

  We run limited pilots for qualified security teams. Mention your timeline and environment in your message.

• Where is data stored?

  Account and dashboard metadata live in Supabase (EU-friendly regions on request). We do not ingest lab payloads unless you explicitly export and upload them.
